FAQ

Preferred pick up and drop off times are Monday-Friday 7:00am and 5:00pm. If you need to pick up or drop off at a different time, please let us know and we can set up a reservation. 

For safety of your pet, we ask that you do not provide anything with stuffing. These can be easily destroyed when a pet is feeling anxious in a new space. Toys that are bigger than a tennis ball are welcome - anything that is smaller can often get lost and risk getting ingested by another dog.

Please provide your own food to keep your dog on a consistent schedule. Provide enough for an extra day in case of spills. We can also provide food, at an extra charge of $5 a day.

Upon request, we can give medicine you provide. Please bring your pets desired method of giving medicine: peanut butter, cheese slice, pill pockets, wet food. We will decline any needs of medicine provided through a shot.

We strive to have a clean facility, quality care, and a safe space for your dog to enjoy while you are away. With multiple check in’s and access to the outdoor pen, your dog will get enrichment and lots of love. We are animal lovers and cannot wait to build trust with your dogs for many stays to come.
